In-die tap unit
This unit features a dampening structure that absorbs any displacement of the pilot hole and the vibration of the material. The case is compact and has a simple shape, so installation and removal can be performed smoothly.

This is a smaller version of the ST-6. With a compact body it can tap pitch down to a minimum pitch as small as 0.3. (Pitch 0.2 can be manufactured separately.)

Machining start position, stroke and speed are all precisely controlled by the industrial servo motor. The drive unit resets to it’s home position by way of a mechanical stop for consistent depth of tapping.

Machining start position, stroke and speed can be set are driven by a servo motor.
※It is also possible to connect multiple tap units in sequence to this single driver unit.
Users can set the tap stroke and processing speed on the touch screen.
