Koga Developed Products
Tap Processing Unit "Micro tap series." Compact in size, but enormous in flexibility. This machine can perform all the aspects of tapping even while other operations are taking place on the workpiece. This machine can tap holes during die pressing operations or tap on its own. It can even tap holes while the workpiece is undergoing other operations in a custom made Koga machine or in your existing machinery. Increase efficiency and cut production time by combining taping with other manufacturing steps.
We have developed a high-performance, servomotor controlled, "tap inside a die press" tapping machine. Having the ability to tap while the workpiece is in a die press can greatly improve your efficiency.
Cutting rubber tubing into gaskets or roller sleeves is easy with our numerically controlled pipe cutting machine “Kirimakuri”, which is suitable for cutting tubular rubber products.
This Thomson Press and Die Cutting Machine can processing materials such as resin, leather, vinyl, and paper. It uses high precision cameras for mark alignment for extreme accuracy. The This machine excels at half-cut processing where a part of the sticker, label, nameplate, etc. is punched out without cutting the backing layers.
