Since its establishment in 1985, Koga Machine and Robotics Co., Ltd. Has been primarily focused on designing and manufacturing robotic systems and automation machines as its main business, including the production of stamping machines, tapping machines and cutting machines.
We always view our work from the customer's point of view to best serve them in reaching their goal. This has been the unwavering core belief of our company since its founding.
We offer a complete set of services from conception to final product including design, in house fabrication of parts, machine assembly, electrical controls and local installation. We have contributed to manufacturing in a wide range of industries such as die stamp industry, metal parts manufacturing industry, food industry, and rubber industry.
Given the growing labor shortage in Japan and worldwide markets, the necessity to maintain and strengthen on-site production capabilities is increasing. A practical and highly productive system capable of coping with industry change is now required. I feel that it is my mission to make this vision of the future a reality.
In addition to this, the movement of industrial innovation using IoT (Internet of Things), AI (Artificial Intelligence), and robotics is spreading. Formerly industrial robots were intended for automation and mass production. Recently, however, it robotics have become essential to the realization of flexible and smaller scale production and smart factories.
In order to respond to these issues, we work to utilize cutting edge technology, and robotic system integration (robot SI). We combine a vast array of technologies with our accumulated expertise to contribute to the improvement of customer productivity and the created of valued added products.
