Of course, we can build machines for almost any kind of work except for extremely niche products such as semiconductors, liquid crystals and electronic components. We have had many request from customers with similar experiences. We have time and time again proven that we can accomplish what others can not by working together with the customer and using our specialized experience, knowledge, planning, design and development ability, and technology. What scale of project can Koga undertake?

Even if you require an entire manufacturing line, delivery is possible by separately moving and installing each unit separately. In this scenarios it is possible that it will take longer for installation, set up and trial operation. By this method even a fairly large machine It can be produced for you.

Can I request specific robotic parts or sensors?

We will always try to best meet the needs of our customers. If you require a specific brand of type of components we can accommodate that. In the past we have regularly had to make new machines that will work well with existing machinery. Any design is possible for us.

Regarding Sales

Generally how much does a custom machine cost?

Our prices can vary from 1 million yen to several tens of million of yen depending on the products scale and complexity. As we will start production after consulting your work details, prices may fluctuate depending on the customer's situation. Installation details such as safety fencing, bass etc. may also effect the price. A detailed price can be issued when you request a quote.

When can I expect my new machine to be ready?

Most of our company's machines are completely made-to-order, so unfortunately there will be a waiting period while we build the machine. The new machine can however maximize your work efficiency once it is installed. Please contact us for confirmation because it varies greatly depending on the size and specifications of the machine.

What can I expect to happen after making an inquiry?

After contacting us, the process will likely involve a meeting followed by a, proposal, es mate, production and delivery. We look forward to hearing from you. Is support always available?

If you need to contact us outside of regular business house, please check the "Technical support" box of the inquiry form and submit it. The staff will reply you within a day or two. Please note in some cases that it may take additional time during holidays, when staff may be away, or during natural disasters.

Is it possible for us to modify or customize our machine after delivery?

Some machines we build are designed to have certain parameters adjusted by the operator. Otherwise please contact our technical support regarding changes in the machines operating parameter or expansion to external optional devices.

What if the machine we have purchased breaks?

We offer repair and operation support. However our main promise is that we offer very robust and precise machines. We put great pride in our machines robustness. We believe that delivering a machine that does not break and continues to operate over the years will be the best support.

Can you maintain the machinery?

If defects are discovered by our staff or customers shortly aft er delivery, we will repair them as initial defects. Also, in case of failure while using the machine, we will respond promptly. As we are confident in the robustness and accuracy of our products, we would like to keep in touch with you for a long time through our machines, future maintenance and support.
