Cutting machine
Koga’s numerically controlled tube cutting machine, the double bladed “Kirimakuri,” is suitable for cutting small rubber and soft polyvinyl chloride. It is capable of two processes at the same time by adopting two spindles, double the efficiency of a conventional single blade set up can be expected. The key features of this machine are easy operation via the touch panel, compact design and high speed precision processing. In particular, the movement of the blades are controlled using high precision components (servomotors, ball screws actuators, and linear motion guides) which allows
for high-precision processing.
