Tap Processing Unit「Micro Tap Series.」

Tap Processing Unit "Micro Tap Series.": Compact in size, but enormous in flexibility. This machine can perform all the aspects of taping even while other operations are taking place on the workpiece. This machine can tap holes during die pressing operations or tap on its own. It can even tap holes while the workpiece is undergoing other operations in a custom made Koga machine or in your existing machinery. Increase efficiency and cut production time by combining taping with other manufacturing steps.

Cutting machine—Numerically controlled pipe cutting machine Kirimakuri.

Cutting machine—Numerically controlled pipe cutting machine "Kirimakuri.": Suitable for small rubber material, soft PVC, and similar materials. Simultaneous cutting of two items is possible with this machine due to its twin blade design.
Simply set your desired size via the touch panel then start the machine. We can help you calibrate the machine for optimal accuracy and efficiency.

Thomson Die Cutting Press

Thomson Die Cutting Press: Our Thomson stamping press is used to process a variety of materials such as resin, leather, vinyl and paper. A high precision camera is used to align the marks on the workpiece, making it possible to press thin materials such as stikers with backing with high precision. It is possible to punch only the sticker layer accurately without punching the backing sheet. This machine can process thin workpieces such as film and paper with extremely high precision and is finely adjustable. It is also very compact and can be installed without taking up much floor space.
