Overhaul Examples
Automatic drilling and mounting.
We provided the customer with increased production speed by moving the workpiece via a vacuum type, high speed conveyance.

Before
Workers manually inserted and removed the workpiece from the press.
After
Modified to connect directly with the press. Insertion removal of workpiece is done by vacuum feeder. Production speed increased while saving labor.
The existing line was too large for the workpiece and was wasting space and was not very efficient.
Koga was able to change the material feeding direction by reorganizing and modifying the production line. By shortening the total length of the line, we were able to save space and improve efficiency.
Before
Coil opener, coil retainer was large and took up too much space.
After
We removed the coil opener and replaced with a compact coil retainer, it has been reborn as a neat and modern device.
Press for women’s face mask.
This project was remodeled for improvement of the work environment and product quality. It is a case where we succeeded in reducing noise.by changing how the machine was driven.
Before
The press was driven by a hydraulic cylinder, the noise was intense and there was oil leakage from the cylinder.
After
The lower mold is modified to operate by an electric motor and a cam, and the upper die is converted to a servo motor and linear actuator. We succeeded in greatly reducing the noise and eliminating the oil leak issue. In addition we incorporated the ability to make stroke adjustments on the touch panel, efficiency has also been improved significantly.
We increased the efficiency and speed by upgrading the capacity of the equipment to allow for an increase in work size.
By widening the frame width, increasing the size of the clamping jig and enlarging the servo motor, it has become possible to cope with large-sized work pieces, accomplishing more at once.
