The current off the shelf machine was not easy to use and lacked enough strength to test all of the customers products.

Koga’s solution

A custom device from Koga had much more appropriate specifications for the work. Our device was able to accurately check the load capacity of the product. With a design that is horizontal rather than vertical, the machine we built is also more user friendly.

We developed a device with sufficient pressure to clean the products eliminating time lost having to rewash products which the original machine wasn't able to clean properly.

The client needed a suitable method of testing the durability and performance of their door dampening product.

Koga’s solution

In this machine, a pneumatic cylinder simulates repeated opening and closing of a door. The user can set the required number of cycles then let the machine run automatically.

Customer’s problem

Pipes were being cleaned together, but dust was not being removed from the pipes and they were all still contaminated after washing.

Koga’s solution

The machine we created rapidly cleans each pipe individually by applying a high pressure cleaning solution then uses an air blower to dry the pipe leaving them clean, dry, and contaminant free.

Customer’s problem

Workers manually snapped products into the plastic retail packaging. The special packaging was attractive, but difficult to put together by hand and the final result was not consistent across the workforce.

Koga’s solution

The machine we built automatically snaps together the plastic packaging onto the product when it’s inserted into the machine’s jig. Worker’s time spent on this task are reduced and the final result is consistent regardless of which employee operates the machine.
